Before completing his doctorate, worked as a geoscience contractor at ExxonMobil, building quantitative models for reservoir quality prediction and regional exploration dataset analysis. PhD in Geology & Geophysics from Yale (2016), with doctoral research on mantle geochemistry and the processes that partition and concentrate metals in the crust. That science is the foundation of Andvari's targeting approach.
His work bridges academic petrology and applied resource evaluation, with an emphasis on probabilistic methods and decision support under uncertainty.
